UC Health peer visiting program
Stroke survivors are invited to participate in this peer visting program to share their journeys with current patients and their families in the hopes of supporting and encouraging other stroke survivors through recovery.
*Must be 1 year post-stroke
*Must commit to 1 day per week for approximately 4 hours
*Must go through hospital volunteer orientation and onboarding process
